12th February 2017,

Dear Colleagues,

Welcome to BBDFL’s new Coach Development Page. Over the coming weeks and months, there will be new content uploaded to reflect the support that the BBDFL will be providing to all of their Coaches. This will consist of Seminars, CPD events and formal FA qualifications.

The League’s vision is to enable and empower all Coaches to be the best that they can be by constantly reviewing their own training needs. This will improve their own performance, but will improve the learning experiences of all players that they coach.

A large focus to deliver this vision will be based around Coach Mentoring, of which a Mentoring Path will be set up to provide support to Coaches. Further information around this will be rolled out in the coming months.

Presently we have the following items to be finalised and agreed.
